Preppy Christmas Home

Filed Under (Explosio) by admin on 20-12-2008

Have you stopped to smell the pine scent in the air? Have you noticed that the air is getting colder and colder each day? Is your neighbour already excited about decorating her home for Christmas? Sure, Christmas is still days away. Well, Thanks Giving has just been celebrated and you are still tired because of the preparation for that day. You wanted to clear your mind but you can’t deny it… Christmas is already calling you.

It sure does feel like a pressure of greater power is pressing on you at the moment. It is really pressing on you that you have to go and fix your self and more importantly your house for the coming of Christ. This is not meant for you to snob of. Just think and count the number of days left before Christmas… 1,2,3… convinced? Well, you should be! Now you must think about how you want things to be: should you put up a Christmas tree outside? How about putting up a snow man in the back yard for a change? Or maybe change the Christmas theme that you put up each year? This is no pressure, huh? Kidding!

Getting Techy This Christmas

Filed Under (Explosio) by admin on 16-12-2008

It is nearly Christmas. For sure, many are now anticipating what gifts they would receive. The kids would of course want to receive food, toys and candies from Santa. They would always want to much on some sweets while waiting for the best part of the day- opening presents! The old friends and members of the family would of course want anything that will fill their joyous hearts with even more joy. A hearty meal or a nice present of sweet nothing items is enough. The hardest to buy gifts for really are the teenagers. They seem to want more than just candies or the sweet nothing items the adults like to receive.

Teenagers really are still confused about the things they want. They may ask for books, for new and bigger toys like a skate or surf board, or maybe they would want to have something that they would use as a fashion item. One thing that you must bear in your mind, teenagers have a monotonous liking over technical gadgets. Yes, the things that are being ran by dry cells, the portable things they constantly press, prick or look at, the ones whom you feel uncomfortable with because you think you are too old to have them-the techy stuff.

Avoid foreclose with in just 4 ways!

Filed Under (Explosio) by admin on 06-11-2008

Buying a home is an investment but it takes a lot of money to purchase one. Others may have worked so hard, saved and able to buy a house and others loan to have one. In borrowing money, you give the investor a “mortgage” on your home as security in exchange of the borrowed money. A mortgage protects the investor by giving it a legal interest in your home as collateral for your loan obligation, just as a car provides collateral for a car loan.

If you get delayed in paying the loan and you cannot negotiate an affordable deal with the investor, the investor may “foreclose” the mortgage. This allows the investor to seize your property and use it to pay off your loan. In doing this, the investor must follow laws stated in the State Law.

Plan for your health and for your future

Filed Under (Explosio) by admin on 05-10-2008

Many people think that insurances are only for parents and professionals. But this idea is wrong for everyone is entitled to their right to insure themselves, even students.

Students can get their health insurances once they enroll to certain school, college or university. Ever notice that we pay a fee for school services or when we get a medical check up before proceeding to the next step in enrolment? That fee is paid by the school to the insurance company they partnered in insuring the health of their students.
